- Bring valid ID when collecting your race pack
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before flag-off
- Stay within the marked running course
- Cheer on and encourage fellow runners

- Run with headphones at full volume (for safety)
- Cut the course or take shortcuts
- Bring excessive valuables
